Among all different varieties of tea, white tea involves the simplest steps to make. It’s prepared only by wilting the plucked tea leaves without
further fermentation. However, for the same very reason, this is exactly why the quality of the tea leaves and the techniques applied matter so much,
including carefully adjusting the time frame of wilting and evaporation and specific temperatures for drying, to produce the perfectly refreshing
notes characteristic to white tea. It’s a type of tea where you can sincerely appreciate the authentic essence of flavors from the tea leaves.
